Design lead crafting better payment experiences

Behind every payment is a human story. I'm passionate about removing the friction between people and their possibilities—work I currently do as a design lead at Visa. Prior to this, I built mobile and web products from personal banking and healthcare to travel. I bring a global perspective to problems, having collaborated with teams in Europe and Latin America through roles in Miami, NYC, and DC.

I'm all about cutting through the noise to create real impact. I dive into the messy, beautiful world of visual craft, product strategy, service design, and research with a systematic approach and when complex challenges rear their heads, I choose curiosity over ego because let's be honest, the best solutions come from asking "what if?" rather than declaring "I know." I lead with integrity, build with purpose, and make sure we're having a blast while we're at it.
